This winter the Golden Coast Beach Volleyball Club will be running its program specifically focused on introducing beach volleyball to kids 7 -12 years old.

Most programs are based on the regulation game and modified down to meet the needs of the younger / inexperienced athlete. This program was designed from the bottom up, conceived after hours of balloon volley in the living room with my 2 year old son.

By working cooperatively we can increase the number of repetitions a player gets, make it more enjoyable, and dramatically accelerate the learning curve. Long rallies are more fun and with cooperative challenges the rallies last longer.

That is the basic concept of the CO-OP VOLLEY program.
