2022 SPRING MIDDLE SCHOOL BEACH VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
NUMBERS LIMITED TO 36 TEAMS!
The Middle School Beach Volleyball League runs for 6 weeks starting April 22nd and will culminate on the last night with the crowning of the middle school beach volleyball champions for spring of 2022.
Players interested must make sure that their playing partner for the league also signs up. The league is played in the 2 a side format.
Teams can be mixed gender, from different grade levels and can also be from different middle schools. They must however be attending middle school during the 2021/22 school year.
During the Friday night games each team will be placed with other teams on a court and they will play against each other team once per night.
In a pool of 3/4 or 5 teams, any team not playing will be responsible for keeping track of the score of the game between the other teams in their pool.
The first night of competition will be used for seeding teams for the remainder of the league, and from then on, dependent on the results of each game teams will either move up, down or stay in the same place for the following weeks games.
Any player who has a partner that does not show up on any particular night is permitted to find a replacement but that team will not be allowed to move up rankings if they win. If a registered player sustains an injury, a replacement team mate is authorized, but the new team will only be eligible to contest for the league championship if the new team is formed before the start of week 4.
